1. How can I get an annual report?

JT International, as a subsidiary company, does not have an annual report. However, you can download the annual report of Japan Tobacco, our parent company, in the investor information section.

Although the information on our site is intended for the public, we have reservations about it being reprinted in other sources. This may lead to the material being used in situations out of our control, for example in the education of minors. Therefore, we do not provide permission for any information on our site to be republished in part or in whole. For further questions please contact media relations.

3. Does JTI organize unsolicited lotteries?

No, JTI does not organize unsolicited lotteries.

If you have been contacted by an individual or an organization claiming to be associated with JTI or one of JTI’s brands, informing, usually via e-mail, that you have won a prize and requesting you to provide some personal information and/or to send some money in order to collect your prize, please be informed that such a message was not issued by JTI and that high chances are that it is a scam.

JTI has never asked nor will it ever ask members of the public to provide personal information and/or to pay any amount of money, in order to collect a prize allegedly won in a lottery. Please be also informed that JTI has alerted the relevant authorities in the countries where this e-mail fraud takes place or affects JTI’s brands. If you receive an e-mail corresponding to the above description, please do not respond to the sender and contact your local authorities.
